We can cater your party, business meeting, or any sort of gathering where hungry people need to
be fed. We recommend our wraps because they are easy to serve and are especially tasty, plus
we can cut them into three pieces to reduce the per-person cost and give everyone two selections.
Our Ham & Swiss, Turkey Avocado, Turkey Cranberry, and Turkey Club wraps are especially
suited for cutting into thirds, so we recommend limiting your selection to these four. We can
combine different wraps on the same tray, which looks appealing. The Baja Chicken, Baja Beef,
and Chicken Caesar wraps can be cut into thirds, but they may fall apart during transport, which is
why we don't recommend them for wrap trays.
We generally offer our wrap trays with a side of your choosing. Our veggie chips 'n' dip are
popular, as is our pasta salad. A green salad is generally not desirable because it can be messy
to serve. However, that won't stop us from building a delicious salad for you at your request. Our
nearly famous "Berry Salad" is a good choice when berries are in season. Note that we charge
slightly more for specialty sides, and we do offer a reasonable discount when a side is not desired.
We prefer three days notice so we can procure the necessary ingredients to put one or more wrap
trays together.
